KATHMANDU: The Nepali Embassy in Beijing said that a chartered flight will be arranged for the evacuation of Nepali nationals currently residing in the Hubei Province reeling under the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.

Issuing a notice on Saturday, the Embassy has asked all Nepali nationals currently residing in the province to fill up a form and sent it to the Embassy.

“Only those individuals who intend to go back to Nepal on the planned chartered flight should fill-up the form and sent it to beijing@nepalembassy.org.cn,” the Embassy said in the notice.

According to the Embassy, the form should be properly filled-in and should be submitted to the email address no later than 9:00 am on February 2.

Late submissions will not be entertained, the Embassy added. As per the notice, every passport holder should fill up a separate form. The forms for minors should be filled up by one of the parents and sent together in one package.

The particulars of the chartered flight will be arranged on the basis of submissions made by Nepali nationals willing to go back to Nepal, the Embassy stated.

The Embassy has asked to contact the Embassy at 15701285763 for any clarifications or questions.
